Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the performance and quality of our rods, reels, and all our gear. However, if something isn’t right, our returns process is simple and angler-friendly.
Our Policy Overview
You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached and original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories:
- Bait & Additives: All consumable bait and additives are final sale.
- Clothing: Items marked as “final sale” or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request:
Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Include your order number and product details. Feel free to use the template at the bottom of this page. - Wait for Authorization:
We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed. - Ship the Item:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Mail it to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for your parcel. - Inspection & Processing:
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Please allow up to 10 business days for our team to process the refund.
- After processing, please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. This timing depends entirely on their policies.
📦 Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
