However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit for your fishing adventures. That’s why we’ve created a straightforward and fair Returns & Exchanges policy.
Our Policy Overview
You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Bait & Additives: All consumable bait and additives are final sale.
- Clothing: Items marked as final sale or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Wait for Authorization: We will respond promptly (usually within 2 business days) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by our team and then additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. The timing depends on their policies.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
